**Full Job Description**:**Location**: Bolton - Office Based **Hybrid working**:Available - Remote working available **Contract Type**: Permanent, Full time **Salary**: Up to £30,000 **About the Role** Could you be our newest Senior Marketing Executive? Outcomes First Group is on the lookout for an experienced marketing professional to come and join our growing team. As our Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to own key projects within our Education and Care sectors and support new service openings. You’ll act as a brand guardian, developing our education, care, and wellbeing brands, driving awareness and engagement, and improving our positioning within the market. **To be successful in this role you will need**: - Previous experience within a fast-paced Marketing role - A result orientated, KPI, and target driven growth mind-set - The ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and conflicting demands - A creative and imaginative initiative, with the ability to find problem-solving solutions that effectively utilize budget and improve performance - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Project management experience We’re looking for an enthusiastic and determined Marketing specialist to help us work towards our vision to build incredible futures for vulnerable children, young people, and adults in the UK by empowering them to be happy and make their way in the world. **About Marketing**: Our Marketing department supports the development of all brands within Outcomes First Group and ensures we are established as a leader in our sector.
