- Reporting to the Sr. Retention Marketing Manager, the Retention Marketing Specialist will be responsible for marketing communication programs and strategies that drive increased customer retention, engagement and loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional partners (product, brand teams, etc.) to build and schedule key multi-channel marketing communications. You will also work to optimize marketing communications by testing new content and customer segments. You will have the ability to react to changing business needs by modifying plans and adjusting strategies and deliverables effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities will include, but not be restricted to:
- Streamlines and communicates stakeholder communication requirements.-
- Own cross-functional marketing calendar.-
- Meets schedules and deadlines keeping stakeholders informed and on task; Iterate based on feedback until approval and completion.-
- Report on key performance metrics by channel-
- Lead messaging and positioning exercises with expert-level articulation and copywriting skills.-
- Leads insight gathering internally and externally to inform direction and approach.- What we seek:
- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business or related field-
- 2+ years’ work experience in a marketing role-
- Experience with multi-channel marketing communicationStrong analytical skills and proven track record of turning insights into actionable plans.-
- A strong cross-team collaborator and relationship-builder-
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills required-
- Strong project management skills managing deadlines, calendars, and data needs.-
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to react to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects at once.-
- Strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit-
