Boston, United Kingdom EliseAI Full time

About EliseAI At EliseAI, we’re improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be. By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone. Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork. Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place. With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission. About The Role EliseAI is looking for its first dedicated Renewals Manager who will own the customer renewal motion end-to-end: forecasting, negotiation, process design, and expansion discovery. Your work will directly lock in multi‑year revenue and surface new ARR that would otherwise be left on the table. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with C-level, VP, and director-level stakeholders to drive renewals from initial outreach through negotiation to close Manage a high-volume book of business, consistently exceeding retention and multi-year renewal targets while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to secure on-time renewals, preserve contract value, and unlock growth Maintain a forward-looking 90‑day forecast of gross renewal rate, net revenue retention, and risk exposure to provide leadership with real-time pipeline visibility Serve as the voice of the customer to product teams, influencing roadmap decisions with feedback on new features and unmet needs Work with GTM Strategy to refine and scale the renewal motion—developing repeatable email cadences, talk tracks, and reporting dashboards tailored to varying deal complexities Why Top Sales Talent Joins EliseAI Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, pioneering agentic AI to transform how property management operates. $100M+ ARR with 100% year-over-year growth. 700+ customers, powering 1 in 8 apartments across the U.S. Proven product-market fit and rapid industry adoption. High-ACV, fast-moving deals and consistently strong team attainment. Top three AEs on pace to book $45M in ARR this year Ranked among the top sales organizations on RepVue. Move at rocket speed, build something massive. We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact; full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff. We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard. Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing, quota carrying role (renewals, account management, sales, customer success) ideally in a SaaS company Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding quotas Experience in managing complex renewal processes (multi-threading, ROI analysis, etc.) is a plus Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Bonus: Experience working in real estate or prop tech Willingness to work in person at our office at least 4 days a week Why Join Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded unicorn startup that’s scaling so fast. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you. Benefits In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits: Equity in the company Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100% Fully paid parental leave Commuter benefits 401k benefits Monthly fitness stipend A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and company-paid lunch. Fun company social events through our Elise and the City program Unlimited vacation and paid holidays We’ll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful Job Compensation Range OTE range for this role $150,000 - $175,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, a comprehensive benefits & perks package, and bonus depending on the role. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
