Zipcar’s Digital Marketing Specialist will work with teams within the marketing department and external media partners to help increase member acquisition through various digital channels.

Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a data-driven digital marketing environment; direct-response/membership acquisition marketing experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in executing multi-platform advertising strategies by providing tactical support across all media channels including owning specific media relationships
- Own weekly cross-channel reporting and provide actionable recommendations to optimize media against business KPIs
- Partner with Brand, Creative and Product Marketing teams to ensure accuracy of messaging via creative briefs and feedback
- Assist in ad hoc analyses of media data, industry research, competitive tracking and more to help keep a pulse on evolving trends
- Work closely with agency partner to execute SEO strategy to improve site rankings and drive traffic
Skills Needed
- Detail-oriented, self-starter who is curious about the world of digital marketing
- Data-driven thinking backed by strong analytical skills, and excel experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines in fast pace, changing environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
