**About the role** This role reports into the Employee systems supervisor, providing support on multiple HR systems, including Oracle R12, Kronos and Cornerstone Talentlink and to provide a point of contact for general systems advice on improvements, issues and escalationsand liaise with the service lines within HR Operations.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Systems administration Help maintain system documentation, manage and deliver the pipeline of system administration and configuration activities, support MDM processes and data integrity
- Project support Support the delivery of key projects by working with the team on data cleanse, requirements documentation, testing, documenting procedures and delivering training
- Service delivery Track day to day activities, project deliverables and effectively reprioritise where required. Complete activities within required timelines and to a high standard
- Building partnerships Work closely with the HR Ops admin teams and SMEs to ensure all training and process support documentation is relevant and up to date. Support teams with system queries
- Testing Take part in user acceptance testing to support large scale projects and smaller enhancements
- Support the team with running data loader scripts into R12, extracting system generated reports and manipulating data outputs through Excel and Power Query.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Experience working in an HR Systems role preferred, but not essential.
- Experience of working on small scale projects including defining requirements, producing documentation and test planning.
- Ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately, be well organised and cope well with managing a dynamic workload with changing priorities
- Flexible approach to work, a team player with a track record of proactive work prioritisation and managing time effectively
- Process driven with attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement
- Reasonable level of understanding in Excel to carry out data manipulation and validation.
