Blair West is working with one of the UKs biggest global law firms to recruit a Senior HR Systems Analyst. Working in partnership with the HR team, you will be responsible for managing the existing internal HR systems while a new system is implemented acrossthe business. The duration of the contract is 9 months.

**The Role**:

- Managing the internal HRIS systems while a new system is implemented across the business
- Understanding the employee lifecycle across the business and the related project and data flows
- Managing the data analytics for the appraisal, performance management and bonus process
- Partnering with the HR team to turn HR knowledge into data
- Regular data management, cleansing and reporting

**Your Experience**:

- Experience of supporting a core HRIS as an advanced/superuser
- HR background with ability to manage confidential information and an understanding of HR business processes
- Advanced excel skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and be an active member of the wider HR community
- Ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Experience using Cornerstone, Smartstream or Objective Manager is helpful but not a requirement
