Frazer Jones is partnering with a global law firm to find an L&D Content Specialist on a permanent basis for their central London office. The firm are committed to their people-focus, and promote an inclusive global community in which individuals are supportedthroughout their careers.
This is an exciting position in which you will play an essential role in creating and developing learning offerings for both fee-earners and the business services division. From coordinating international training events to identifying learning needs anddelivering effective solutions, this is a highly varied role. This is a hands-on position in which you will liaise with the wider global L&D team and heads of department in order to facilitate the smooth running and growth of the function. This is a fantasticopportunity to develop in a professional and personal sense, working in a diverse and supportive work environment.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Create and manage learning offerings for fee-earners and business services
- Play a strategic, forward-thinking role in enhancing and developing materials
- Identify learning needs in order to develop and implement effective solutions
- Facilitate consistency in skills development (business services)
- L&D design experience (professional or financial services required)
- Excellent professional and communication skills
- Proactive, independent and confident with a proven ability to strategise and innovate
- Detail-orientated and proven ability to cooperate in a wider team
