**Location**: Edenbridge

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

**Saturday**: 1 in 4, 9am - 1pm (Paid as overtime)

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience £9,500 Bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers to understand their service needs and provide excellent guidance.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the workshop schedule efficiently.
- Communicate service recommendations and pricing to customers clearly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
