**Your Role**

As our **Sales & Marketing Executive**, you will take ownership of the strategy and execution of sales and marketing efforts for two high-impact initiatives. Your primary focus will be to:

- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies
- Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to optimise campaigns and maximise profitability
- Build strong relationships with clients who share our growth-focused values
- Take full ownership and accountability for results

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement high-converting sales funnels and outreach strategies
- **AI-Powered Marketing**: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HubSpot, Jasper, CRM systems, analytics platforms) to optimise campaigns, personalise outreach, and increase efficiency
- **Lead Generation**: Generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales cycle
- **Client Engagement**: Build rapport with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Monitor KPIs, analyse campaign results, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
- **Ownership Mentality**: Act as a leader within your role, taking initiative and full responsibility for performance outcomes

- Proven experience in sales and digital marketing (ideally in service-based or transformation-focused sectors)
- Deep understanding of and experience with AI marketing and sales tools

Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
