Inside Sales Specialist

Centrality has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our experienced team.

This role will be based at our Head Office in Bedfordshire, although we support home working. A valid driving license and own means of transport will be essential for this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing internal Sales & Marketing Platforms
- Assisting the sales team in building out proposals / collateral
- Engaging with suppliers and managing customer orders
- Answering incoming sales enquiries and allocating the sales resource
- Processing customer sales, into the internal systems
- Performing data entry duties with regards to sales figures, metrics and other key data
- Updating customer records with new contact details and notes on support interactions
- Making follow-up contact to inform customers of new or improved products
- Interaction with Microsoft to advise / collaborate on company developments
- Assisting with Event co-ordination
