**Sales and Marketing Executive - Bedford -**
**Salary - £25,000 -**
**5 Day Working Week -**
**40 Hours Per Week**Due to recent expansion, our client, a long established Sports Car Dealership in Bedford have the requirement for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their successful team.
Working with both the Sales Manager and the Managing Director, you will assist with all aspects of car sales and with digital marketing for all areas of the business. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Look after visitors to the company, particularly those wishing to buy a car
- Conduct test drives
- Help customers to specify and order new cars
- Host or attend any events/shows as required
- Take the lead in running the company’s social media activity
- Keeping the website up to date
- Take photos and video for use in social media and other digital marketing

**The Person**:

- Excellent people skills and able to build long lasting relationships
- Professional, with a commitment to adhering to process and procedure
- Strong influencing skills with the ability and confidence to convert enquiries to sales
- Enthusiastic and keen to contribute ideas and help the company grow
- Must be a team player and happy to help out in all areas
- Smart and tidy appearance.

**Experience, Skills & Qualifications**
**Essential Requirements**:

- Extensive customer-facing experience, preferably with a premium automotive brand
- Passionate and knowledgeable about cars
- Good knowledge of social media and other forms of digital marketing
- To be able to manage and maintain all social and digital channels
- Good photography and video skills, including editing
- Full UK driving licence

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Motor Trade Experience
- Franchised Dealership Experience

**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- Salary of £25,000 DOE
- 20 Days Holiday rising to 23 days after 3 years service
- Extensive Benefits Package

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday 8:30am - 5.30pm (with 1 day off midweek per week)
- 1 Hour Lunch Break
- 40 Hour Working Week
