**The Hotel**

Sudbury House is located at the edge of the Cotswolds between Oxford and Swindon. The hotel offers four star accommodation with 50 en suite bedrooms, Meeting and Function rooms and our Magnolia Restaurant.

Previous experience within a wedding, conference and event hotel venue is essential for this position.

**The Role**:

- Handling enquiries for meeting, events, group reservations and weddings in a proactive manner and converting to confirmed bookings
- Ensuring all departmental administration is followed to company standard
- Supporting with the running of Events within the hotel as required
- Weekly sales reporting
- Working closely with all departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Be results focused and driven to meet and exceed targets
- Have the ability to demonstrate a pro active sales approach, identify new opportunities and convert to new business
- Have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Have exceptional customer service skills with the desire to ensure the best possible guest experience
- Ability to multitask, working across departments as required. Team work and flexibility are essential requirements
- Be well organised, including effective time management skills, with excellent multi-tasking abilities and ability to work independently
- Have the flexibility to work both evenings and weekends to suit the business needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
