Are you an experienced Customer Support Advisor looking for the next step in your career? Or perhaps looking to use your customer service skills in an office based role?

**What does the job involve?**
- Processing new business administration accurately and timely.
- Handling calls from existing customers, responding to a range of queries and questions.
- Liaising across departments with colleagues to ensure a first class customer experience, and cross-selling where appropriate.

**Skills and experience**:
There is an extensive training package available to every new starter, but you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience of working in a very busy customer service role.
- The ability to multi-task and work accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- IT literate with administration experience and good working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.

**The details**:

- Monday to Friday 9-5 (45 minute lunch break)
- 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
