Job Description

To provide expertise, advice and support to Functional Executives in articulating and coordinating the delivery of the business and risk strategy, project management of various strategic activities and supporting the delivery of key objectives.
- Perform research and analyses to provide key strategic business insights for input into business decisions.
- Manage relevant strategic implementations against project plans to ensure delivery targets are met and provide operational and technical support to management of function.
- Support executives with financial and strategic planning activities and execute relevant reports, presentations, speeches and other written material.
- Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
- Focus on tactical service plans to deliver and continuously provide a consistent, seamless and positive customer experience.
- Facilitate strategic engagements to critically analyse and enhance proposed operational risk and business strategies and implementation plans to deliver on business objectives.
- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across FirstRand.
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
- Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness, and report on variances.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
- Certifications in Project Management and Data Analysis an added advantage

Experience
- 3-5 years in executive or management support roles, preferably in financial services
- Experience in strategic planning or business analysis is highly valued
- Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
