We’re looking for a **Restaurant Supervisor** to join our small, close-knit team. This role could be at **Coarse** (our relaxed tasting menu restaurant in Durham) or **Isla** (our lively small plates spot) - we’ll decide together where the best fit is.

We’re not a big chain. We’re an independent restaurant where everyone mucks in - from pairing wine to polishing cutlery. If you’ve come from a smaller place and enjoy rolling your sleeves up, you’ll feel right at home here.

What we’re after:

- 3+ years’ experience in restaurants, ideally in small teams.
- Someone confident taking the lead on service while still being hands-on.
- Initiative, positivity, and a genuine love of food and hospitality.
