Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food safety and service standards. The role will include being responsible for supervising staff, managing food service processes, and ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
  • Oversee food presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Business open/close
  • Monitor food production processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health regulations.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimise workflow and minimise waste.
  • Maintain organised records of inventory, sales, and staff performance.

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Extensive restaurant experience with a solid understanding of food preparation, cooking, and serving techniques.
  • Team management skills with the ability to lead diverse groups effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
  • Previous experience with wine service
  • Leadership qualities combined with excellent organisational skills are necessary for success in this role.
