**Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am-6pm.**

**Introduction**:
A high end private healthcare clinic are recruiting for a Medical Administrator in a newly created role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and client-focused person with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

**What you will do as a Medical Administrator?**

You will be the clients’ first point of contact after they complete their assessment booking. You will be responsible for giving them a 5-star experience throughout their stay.

**Medical Administrator duties will include**:

- Taking and managing client bookings, dealing with confidential information
- Maintaining outstanding standards in all aspects of the role, from client service to internal relationships
- Greeting clients warmly and professionally and building a rapport with them throughout their day at the clinic
- Maintain outstanding standards in all aspects of the role, from client service to relationships with colleagues, doctors, suppliers and visitors
- Taking payments
- Booking client lunches, hotel rooms and taxis
- Managing referrals with doctors and clients
- Supporting the clinical team on projects
