We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall success.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to confidently assist customers.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
