Associate Fraud Investigator

As a Fraud Analyst you will work in a team with varied strengths providing investigative services. Carry out work to focus on prevention and recovery of fraud in accordance with applicable procedures. Conducts comprehensive investigations and provides consultation and analysis to business. Implements strategic priorities in alignment with standards and operations procedures
**Experience**:

- Consistent track record of delivering high quality work in the online payments industry, preferably concerning fraud
- Experience working in a technical environment
- Previous work in data science, financial, accounting, investigatory, or analytical roles
- Successful stakeholder management experience.
**Skills**:

- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Build and implement regular reporting and tracking of key fraud indicators for all company stakeholders: Customers, Restaurant Partners, Couriers, and Employees
- Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills - capable of seeing trends in routine data, and able to identify potential or emerging trends
- Good communication skills - Oral, written, and the ability to build insightful presentations and graphical representations of analysis
- Develop suggestions for policy & procedure improvements
- Knowledge of general industry trends
- Ability to balance challenging priorities
- Ability to work independently
**Knowledge**:
Basic Requirements
- Understanding of online fraud scenarios.
- Understanding of credit card dispute/chargeback process
- Good understanding of JET systems
- Good understanding of internal Skip or JustEat Customer/Restaurant/Courier care processes
- Intermediate knowledge of fraud and fraud concepts
**Nice to have**:

- Understanding of Project Management concepts
- Established relationships with JET stakeholder groups
- Strong Communication/Influencing skills
**Sphere of influence**:

- Managers and teams within and outside of their own department including all stakeholders groups and third-party partners.
- Members of Senior Leadership within Skip, JE, and JET
