**Based in Camberley**
This is a key position that requires great organisational skills, communication skills & reporting. This position functions with all aspects of the department.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the smooth running of the company’s technology function by providing administrative support.
**Key Skills needed**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Methodical and organised to ensure their workload is prioritised, delivered efficiently and within expectations
- Able to use their initiative and ability to work without significant levels of guidance
- Excellent people skills allowing for long-term relationships to be quickly established within the team and the customers
- Focused on attention to detail, to deliver high-quality work and to proofread tender documents
- Use their initiative to adapt role as the business grows, but also to meet the client needs
- Confident and results orientated
- Used to working with CRM platforms (Desired)
- Used to working in a quality-based environment e.g. British Standards (Desired)

**Responsibilities**:

- Finance
- Support administratively with contract renewals
- Liaising with finance department to ensure customer payments are up to date
- Admin & Reporting
- Reporting, Weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual report preparation & support
- Stores & Equipment
- Maintaining pricelists from suppliers
- IT- Maintaining folder structure on server and other locations.
- Maintaining & updating CRM platform.
- Reporting and assisting in finding resolutions to faults relating to Technology Department operation.
- Tech Team
- Maintaining Technical Team servicing diaries
- Bookings of services.
- Minutes of weekly meetings
- Responsible for organising and processing all site-related paperwork to allow the tech team to carry out their duties
- Sales & Marketing
- Sales Support to Technology Department.
- ADHOC sales, mobile and electronic administrative tasks
- Updating CRM with opportunities
- Preparation of designs and proposal specifications
- Projects & Installations: Supporting role only.
- Suppliers & Products
- Maintaining & assisting with supplier pricin
