**Role: Junior Procurement Coordinator**

**Location: Swindon (hybrid)**

QA are currently recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team in Swindon. This would suit someone who has some administrative experience, or a willingness to learn and get stuck in. There is a real opportunity to start your procurement career with this role.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contacting third party suppliers to obtain pricing/course information and generating quotes.
- Place bookings with third party suppliers
- Administrate/test the PSP system and resolve issues.
- Answer queries from internal/external customers regarding third party courses
- Assisting Procurement Specialists where required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in an administration and customer service role
- Experience of working in a fast paced customer facing role
- Knowledge of excel, word and outlook
