**Your role**

As the Projects & Continuous improvement expert you will drive projects and improvement activities across the whole Indirect Procurement organisation.

Your main focus is to identify improvement opportunities, coordinate respective initiatives and drive the execution together with indirect procurement team members. In addition you will be the key interface for all analytical topics within indirect procurement. You will gather requirements, support the development of spend & forecast reports and provide concepts for predictive analytics and should-cost-modeling for better fact-based decisions.

**Your future plans**
- Analyse common and specific challenges within indirect procurement and identify potential improvement initiatives
- Prioritise improvement initiatives based on potential benefit and effort in alignment with OFP-I head
- Mobilise respective project team members for improvement initiatives
- Coordinate and execute improvement initiatives, track and report progress and achievements
- Align initiatives with Procurement strategy & governance and other relevant functions if required
- Take project management role for Indirect Procurement within the scope of overarching projects
- Ensure that Indirect Procurement requirements are reflected in overarching reporting provided by Procurement Governance
- Provide specific reports to relevant procurement team members (if no analytics system is in place)
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and input for performance reporting, if needed
- Support creation and maintenance of should-cost models

**Your profile**
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Substantial relevant professional experience of 10 years plus
- Expert knowledge across all procurement operating model dimensions
- Strong project management skills & a track record of delivering projects, driving continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills across all level
- Very good communication and change management skills
- Strong analytical and data modelling skills
- Business fluent in English, German is a plus
