To provide a flexible range of duties across the group; supporting a high standard of administration and customer service. Supporting the teams in 3 linked businesses; with a co-ordinated approach to service delivery. To provide support organising engineers for jobs and working with service manager to complete reactive and planned maintenance jobs for customers.

Hours of work - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Main

**Responsibilities**:
First point of contact on the telephone - providing an excellent customer facing approach to all callers.

Booking and liasing with engineers

answering the telephone

Organise the office, filing and record keeping in line with GDPR/data protection

Updating spreadsheets and records

Skills and Experience
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Highly organised and able to multi task effectively
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office

£18,500.00 - £20,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
All surfaces sanitised regularly, all staff maintain social distancing and where a mask when walking around the building

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
