_We are on the search for a Maintenance & Facilities Assistant to join one of our leading clients based in London. _

One of the UK's top Accountancy Firms seek an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Assistant to join their fast-growing team. As the Maintenance & Facilities Assistant you will be responsible for delivering maintenance and facilities services across their6 offices across South East UK.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Painting jobs across all offices
- Basic plumbing repairs and lamp changing
- Perform minor repairs on company appliances, machines, and equipment
- Grounds maintenance, such as litter picking and leaf sweeping
- Undertake regular inspections of the offices
- Provide site cover for maintenance visits and events
- Liaise with contractors/suppliers
- Oversee and supervise contractors whilst on site
- Manage and maintain the COSHH register
- Carry out health and safety checks at offices
- Other reasonable duties, as requested by the Facilities Operations Manager or the Head of Facilities

As the Maintenance & Facilities Assistant you will need to have at least 1 years' experience working within a similar role and have a good understanding of facilities services and health and safety. You will also have:

- Ability to work in a busy environment with a 'can do' attitude
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Problem-solving skills, proactive and forward thinking
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel etc.
- Willing and able to travel to all our offices

In return you will be offered a salary of 30,000 with a generous benefit package.

**_Please note this role requires you to travel between 6 offices. You must have a full UK driving license. _**
