Clinical Support Secretary

An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen to join the Broxtowe Integrate Mental Health Services for Older People Team, the posts will be based at Stapleford Care Centre. As a member of the administration team, you will ensure a high-quality and efficient administration service is provided to staff and service users. You will be required to have good written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and have experience of working in a busy office environment.
The administrator will work closely with fellow administrators and the wider clinical team.
**Duties will include**:
Undertaking general administrative duties including, filing, typing letters, data entry and photocopying
Producing correspondence to be sent internally and externally
Preparation of clinics i.e ensuring up to date records are available
Inputting and checking accuracy of data information supplied by referring agencies
Answering telephone calls and liaising with professionals, elderly service users and their families
Potential need for light receptionist duties.

To liaise with elderly service users, family, friends, staff, internal and external partners
Dealing with enquiries from service users, clinical team and relatives and signposting appropriately
Update, amend and maintain service user records
Typing letters and other professional documentation as required
To support the clinical team as required
Please note that this post may not meet the pay and skill level required for a Skilled worker visa
Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of Agenda for Change Band 3. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
