An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Secretary position within Older People Care Unit. The position is based within our Liaison Psychiatry Team based at Queens Medical Centre.
This post is for an experience professional secretary who has a flexible approach to work and also has the ability to prioritise and work on their own initiative.
The main duties will be to provide an efficient and comprehensive reception, secretarial and administrative support to the medical and clinical team within the Liaison Psychiatry Service between the core hours of 8am to 5pm.

Along with providing an efficient and comprehensive secretarial support, the postholder would proficient in:
- Producing high quality letters.
Diary management, message taking.
Facilitating meetings when required.
There will be an expectation to work flexibly to ensure office cover.
Ensure patient referrals are processed timely.
You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
