The Nottingham Centre for Mindfulness Team based at St Ann's House, Thorneywood have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Secretary to join their highly regarded administration team.

The role offers a mixture of office based and homeworking and requires an experienced professional secretary who has a flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritise and work on their own initiative.

The Team Secretary will work alongside the Team to provide a full secretarial and administrative service. They will be responsible for a wide variety of administration duties, including typing, scheduling meetings, dealing with queries and coordinating information.

You will be required to facilitate and minute meetings as and when required for the team, undertaking associated duties as required. You must have excellent organisational and time management skills and experience of working without supervision.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with telephone calls and callers needs efficiently and sensitively as well as being aware of the need for discretion and confidentiality at all times.

The post holder needs to be proficient in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other internal systems

You should have a minimum of RSA/OCR III typing/word processing and a NVQ Level 3 Business Admin qualification or relevant practical experience to this standard.

Step 4 Psychological Therapies Nottingham Centre for Mindfulness. You will be working alongside the teams Clinical Lead, five clinical staff and our admin team. Our service provides a variety of mindfulness training, workshops and groups to both Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS staff, wellbeing HUB and patients

The Team Secretary will work alongside the Team to provide a full secretarial and administrative service. They will be responsible for a wide variety of administration duties.
- Supporting clinicians in administration for workshops and groups
- Diary management including MS Team meetings
- Workshop/courses/group administration
- Maintaining and monitoring data
- Devising and disruption of course/workshop certificates
- Liaising with other departments
- Patient referrals and clinical letters
- Audio typing
- Advertising events
- Working to deadlines
