**More about your role**
You will be the main point of contact for any internal administration queries. You will answer all queries and advise accordingly as well as archiving records and occasionally covering the reception area when help is needed. A large part of your role will be to raise invoices on our systems and to complete financial records regarding petty cash and vending machine takings, compiling this information into spreadsheets to be presented to your manager. You will offer your support to your managers, organising meeting rooms and catering arrangements when necessary. you will have a flexible approach to working, being able to support the teams at both Ripley Leisure Centre & William Gregg VC Leisure Centre on a weekly basis by attending each centre for work where required. Additionally, you will **support **the General Managers and Contract Manager through a high standard of attention to detail when generating reports and supporting them with regular audits on KPI areas.
