Assistant Framework Administrator

We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Framework Administrator who will support the Framework Managers by taking responsibility for the contract management and administrative tasks based in Aylesford
The role will involve assisting the Framework Managers in all aspects of proactive contract management of existing frameworks and in researching new opportunities.
Good communication and organisational skills are required and a good level of professionalism when representing our client
This is an exciting, fast-paced role which has been created within a part of the business going through an exponential level of growth. The role will focus on increasing the Procurement Services' portfolio of frameworks for use by organisations within thepublic sector, including schools, local government, NHS, blue light and third sector.
**Key Duties**:
- Undertake supplier review meetings. Set agendas, take minutes and follow up actions in line with framework KPI's/SLA's.
- Undertake market research for new growth opportunities, analyse, document and present
- Provide support to the team in specification writing, evaluation and framework award for a range of goods and services.
- Collate and analyse spend reports received, identifying any accuracy issues.
- Support in all aspects of tendering, further competitions and high value quotation exercises for both customer and supplier.
- Support Framework Managers in supplier and customer account management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with supplier account managers within your framework portfolio.
- Maintain and update company IT systems, such as CRM, with accurate data entry.
- Ensure all data is accurate and processed in line with agreed processes
**Person Specification**
GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths grade C/4 or above
Strong attention to detail required when writing and checking documents as well as evaluating them
Ability to build and sustain strong working relationships across multiple teams
Experience in conducting meetings with both internal colleagues and external suppliers/customers including planning, setting agendas, taking minutes and setting actions
