Qualitex Supplies are an established family-owned distributor of shower and bathroom products, celebrating over 30 years supplying showrooms, trade counters and builder’s merchants with our own exclusive QX Bathroom Product brands.
Our head office administrates all sales enquiries from Aylesford, Kent with national deliveries from our distribution centres in Nottingham and Aylesford.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team of dynamic Area Sales Controllers and strengthen our internal sales and customer service. This is the perfect opportunity for you to join a reputable company, demonstrate your existing skills,develop further and grow a long-term career with us.
**About the role**:
As an **Area Sales Controller**you will be playing an important role within our head office as part of our administration team.
- Responsibilities will include:_
- Managing calls, both inbound and outbound, ensuring that our high standards for customer service are always maintained
- Strengthening existing customer relationships and building new relationships whenever possible
- Administering sales enquiries with national deliveries from our distribution centres
- General administration duties as required
**About you**:
The successful applicant will be a professional individual who is able to provide an excellent, friendly service on a consistent basis.
Having the following knowledge, skills and attributes will contribute to your success:
- Confidence in telephone sales manner
- Basic PC skills - knowledge of SAGE systems would be advantageous
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
- A sense of initiative and urgency
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
- Access to own transport is essential as our location has poor local public transport links
