We have a unique opportunity for a dynamic, hands-on, experienced **Food and Beverage Supervisor** to join the team. This will be mainly in our live entertainment venue QT, so evening availability is required, and there will be some shifts in the Sycamore Vina Cucina Bar and Restaurant, so flexibility is essential.

**Your duties will include**:

- As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the day to day supervision of the F&B operation across multiple outlets.
- To deliver an outstanding welcoming experience to our guests.
- Assist in the training of our waiters, bartenders, barbacks and runners.
- Always ensure high standard of cleanliness in food and beverage areas
- Handle all guest requests efficiently and professionally, following hotel and brand standards.
- ** Has previous experience working in a 5-star or similar focused restaurant, bar and entertainment environment.**:

- ** Is approachable and has the desire to challenge themselves within a professional team**:

- ** Has strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment**:

- ** Excellent communication and delegating skills**

**If you can demonstrate the following skills, that would be an advantage**:

- ** Minimum 1 year of experience working in a supervisory role as Head Barman or Waiter.**:

- ** Experience of working in a live music venue, arts club or similar environment.**:

- ** Hospitality Degree**

**Your hours of work**:
Reporting to the Events Manager and F&B Manager, the role is full-time, 40-hours per week, working to a flexible rota with a 30-minute break included.
