Due to the continued growth of our Events brand we are now looking for a Marketing Events Executive to join our busy Events team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand renowned for the quality of its engagement with business leaders and industry practitioners. The focus is always on quality, both of the events we deliver, and the team that orchestrate them.

One of the main focus’ of this role will be content and ideas: research, content writing, campaign management, collateral creation and promotional activity. There will also be an emphasis on looking after social media strategy in order to promote the brand and its’ core values. Of equal importance, however, will be relationship building, with event speakers, clients, and delegates, both nationally and internationally, ensuring that our events retain their gold standard across the board both on the day and back at the office. The role will also involve some logistics and travel planning, venue liaising and on-site management, both in the UK and abroad.

Drawing on your experience previously in marketing/events within a Brand or Agency, you will be a highly organised individual, able to manage multiple projects, thinking on your feet as you go. You will need to be proactive and resourceful in order to recruit both delegates and speakers to your specific events and build contacts to both our CRM style and your own network. You will have experience in working within a B2C or B2B networking environment, be full of energy and imagination, and most importantly of all. share our passion for delivering nothing but the best.

Skills and experience:

- 1+ years in marketing
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all areas.
- Willing and able to take on responsibility and make decisions.
- Strong networking skills and outstanding communication skills.
- Experience in using Salesforce and Campaign Monitor a plus
- First-class English language skills - both spoken and written.
- Have a sound knowledge of working with budgets.
- Availability to travel for short periods of time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
