Due to the continued and exciting growth plans of ESP Play, ESP Play Parks and QUEST Electrical we are looking to bring the health and safety management of the group in house.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to implement their training and knowledge, building their experience and continually improving our practices with a robust framework of health and safety processes and procedures. The role will continue to grow and develop to encompass Quality and Environmental Policies and procedures.

**The role**
- To develop and maintain Health and Safety policies and procedures across the group, in line with current legislation.
- Audit and review risk assessments, method statements and Safe Operating Procedures.
- Maintain current health and safety accreditations, CHAS, SafeContractor, Constructionline, Facilitiesline.
- Carry out site visits and audit onsite working practices.
- Develop and carryout staff health and safety training.
- Deal with outside agencies to source additional training requirements.
- Liaise with the Contract Managers to introduce processes and procedures.
- Carry out accident investigations with recommendations and remedies.
- Chair and develop the quarterly health and safety committee meetings.
- Provide detailed activity reports for monthly board meetings with findings and recommendations.
- Continually improve your knowledge of health and safety practices and new legislation.

**Qualifications and experience**
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
- Experience of health and safety in a manufacture or electrical environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise.
- Good Microsoft skills.
- Process driven with a genuine passion for health and safety, quality and the environment.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- NEBOSH General Certificate or Equivalent (preferred)
