**We are after a Marketing entrepreneur. Someone who can pave their own way. Someone who is results driven.**

**Day to day tasks will include**;
- Managing the website and social media channels
- Copywriting and content development for case studies, press releases and marketing programs
- Work with KHIPU’s executive team to create a marketing plan that delivers company and in particular; sales objectives, outlining projected ROI
- Responsible for the success of all marketing programs and events for UK and South Africa
- Build and maintain a strong marketing & sales relationship with KHIPU’s Partners
- Negotiate and liaise with vendors and third-party marketing agencies, and manage all budgets and MDF
- Manage and evolve Google Analytics and SEO for relevant channels
- Employ a framework to easily and effectively report on all marketing activity regularly and on request
- Encourage ever-developing relationships between our sales team and our partners
- Continually monitoring sales and marketing trends to determine which products are more successful and in-demand and forecast future trends
- Manage the sales training assessments and certificates to maintain our high vendor status’
- Manage and maintain brand guidelines
- Allocate leads to New Business Development or global sales teams and ensure they are moving leads through the sales process

**Your Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role (2 - 5 years), with previous experience in the industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, preferred but not essential
- The ability to multitask effectively with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong management, negotiation and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure
- An outgoing, open-minded, motivated and enthusiastic personality, who enjoys working in a team environment
- Maintain a professional and polite disposition at all times
- Have a good understanding of MS office, CRM, social media/management platforms and website CMS i.e WordPress
- Enjoy working within a team, where hard work is rewarded
- Hold a full UK driving licence, and be willing to travel throughout the UK or abroad as necessary
- Have the Right to Work in UK

We also support the National Apprenticeship Scheme, employing and developing apprentices within all sectors of the company.

This role, is a part of the Sales and Marketing Team, you will have a team of 4 located in the UK and SA.

**What success looks like:
**_**After six months, you will **_

Have settled in to the role, built rapport with your team and help to bring new ideas to move KHIPU forward in marketing their company. You would have worked hand in hand with our vendors to update our team and customers with what is new and completed severalmarketing campaigns.
- **After about a year, you will **_

Have successfully executed a year’s worth of campaigns, webinars and events. Introducing KHIPU to new ideas, you and the team should have found your groove. Moving forwards, we would like to see the marketing team to really own how you get the KHIPU nameout into the world KHIPU is ready to grow significantly and we are counting on you and your team to do this.
