Marketing Manager (Part-Time, Hybrid) – Drive Growth & Shape Our Brand

Are you a proven B2B marketer looking for autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to make a real impact? We're seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, drive brand visibility, and generate warm leads for our sales team as we continue to grow as the IT company of choice for SMBs.

About the Role

This is a new senior role for someone who thrives on ownership and creativity. You'll set, own, and deliver the marketing plan across the entire funnel—from strategy to execution and measurement. You'll design and run campaigns, create engaging content across multiple channels, and use analytics to drive continuous improvement. You'll work closely with leadership, sales, and partners, reporting directly to our Chief Business Officer.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and deliver marketing plans aligned to business objectives
  • Build, optimise, and manage inbound and outbound campaigns using Growably CRM
  • Create compelling video and multimedia content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, our website, and more
  • Manage our digital and offline presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice
  • Produce engaging content (blogs, e-shots, articles, memes, videos) to drive marketing and support sales
  • Monitor KPIs, measure campaign ROI, and report on performance
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and external partners to ensure marketing is fit for purpose

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a fast-moving, growing B2B company (IT/tech sector preferred)
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and full-funnel campaign planning
  • Skilled in content creation, social media management, and campaign analytics
  • Commercial acumen, creativity, and a track record of delivering measurable results
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Growably or similar) and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
