This temporary administrator officer role will initially focus on aiding the clearance of a physical backlog by filing and archiving. Furthermore, Microsoft excel proficiency will be required for regular data entry, spreadsheet usage as well as other functions.

This is a Stansted based aerospace services company, with a fantastic European footprint, with a workforce in over 50 countries. They are in need of an administrator to assist in initial clearance of backlogs alongside data inputting and other administratorresponsibilities.
**Description**
Key responsibilities of a Temporary Administrator Officer include:
- Manual filing and archiving
- Data entry
- Organising the management system
- Adhoc administrator duties
- Processing purchasing orders
**Profile**
A successful Temporary Administrator Officer will possess the following:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Confident and well organised, equipped with a strong admin skill set
- MS Office proficiency - including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to commute to Stansted
