Responsibilities:

- PCN FIne Managment, payment processing
- Answer Telephone to Customers calling in
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry and filing
- Post Sales Customer Service with Accidents, Damage and PCN
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in a similar role or in the motor trade
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with basic office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax and merchant machines
