**What the day will look like**
The key role of the Principal Consultant is to work consultatively with teams across Aon to deliver workforce transformation for our clients.
Working alongside a team of experienced I/O Psychologists and Human Capital consultants, you will be given the unique opportunity to use psychology to develop data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change in the ever-growing and competitive UK Market.
Day to day, this includes: - Contributing to crossfunctional teams to join the dots between people analytics, assessment, L&D, rewards, and performance.
- Consulting on our solutions in areas of;- Competency framework design
- Workshop design and delivery
- Using qualitative analysis to develop behavioural and skills taxonomies
- Leadership assessment
- Presenting on webinars and podcasts
