Maybe you’re ready for a slower pace, shorter commutes, and a role that offers genuine influence and impact. If so, this opportunity could be exactly what you’ve been waiting for. The Channel Islands are investing heavily in the future of education and inclusion. There’s a strong and ambitious vision in place - one that puts psychology at the heart of decision-making and values early intervention, collaboration, and creative thinking. The education framework is closely aligned to the UK, but with greater freedom to innovate and deliver flexible, solution-focused support. This is a service that’s moving forward with intent - reflective, ambitious, and ready to grow under strong, values-driven leadership. You’ll benefit from a relocation package, retention payment and, beyond the role itself, island life offers the kind of balance many professionals only dream of - a close community, a safe and scenic environment, and the chance to lead in a setting where your wellbeing matters too. Qualifications Applicants must hold a recognised qualification in educational psychology and be HCPC registered.
