A multi-site operation, situated in **Holbeach Hurn** and **Fosdyke **Lincolnshire, we consist of a 6,500 acre farming operation, joint ventures in fresh produce and four factories, employing over 600 people that package fresh, wholehead and prepared vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers.

**The role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Section Leader** to join our Team in **Holbeach Hurn**, working **06:00 - 18:00** on a **4on/4off** shift pattern.

You will be responsible for managing, organising, controlling, and leading all activities within your section of the factory. You will be required to assign and organise staff, alongside managing a suite of performance & cost measures, ensuring the achievement of the required service and quality standards.

**Duties to include**:

- Daily running of the shift
- All aspects of people management - Labour planning, absence management
- KPIs - capturing, reviewing, and reporting
- Communication - leading factory huddles and team briefings
- Raw material usage
- Audits, including GMP
- Systems usage
- Quality standards adherence
- Identifying and implementing improvement activities
- Proactive approach to accident prevention by spotting/identifying hazards and reporting near misses. Implement corrective actions to prevent accidents from happening

**About you**
- Have previous experience in similar role, ideally within a fast-paced production manufacturing environment
- A can do attitude is a must
- Results driven and motivated to lead a team to achieve output targets and KPI's
- Quality minded with a high degree of accuracy / attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and flexible
