A multi-site operation, situated in **Holbeach Hurn** and **Fosdyke **Lincolnshire, we consist of a 6,500 acre farming operation, joint ventures in fresh produce and four factories, employing over 400 people that package fresh, wholehead and prepared vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers.

**The Role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Forklift Driver** to join our Team in **Holbeach Hurn**, working **06:00-14:30** on a **5 from 7** shift pattern.

**Duties to include**:

- Operating forklift in a safe manner at all times
- Ensuring correct forklift movement and door control adhered to
- Ensuring forklifts are clean and mechanically sound
- Reporting any mechanical defects to the Section Leader
- Forklift damage to be reported to the Section Leader
- Completing any paperwork legible and accurately to the position covered
- Bulk loading to the required standard (minimising bruising and damage to material)
- Reporting material issues whilst loading
- Collating tickets as per the loading plan/requirements
- Making sure all empty boxes are rowed back up in the correct rows/area
- Scanning paperwork

**Minimum qualifications / experience**:

- Forklift licence essential
- Rotator attachment desirable but not essential
- Bulk loading to competent standard
- Self-motivated & enthusiastic
