- Restore Harrow Green are experiencing significant growth and are currently seeking dedicated Supervisors to manage and oversee removals and relocations at our brand new site in Wallingford.
- As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of projects while safeguarding our staff and clients' interests. We foster a supportive team environment, offering continuous training and development opportunities for aspiring leaders.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive company vehicles as permitted by entitlements
- Lead and manage aspects of smaller moves/projects and collaborate with Move
- Managers to oversee larger projects/moves
Promote and uphold the company's core standards and values
- Educate, train, and develop team members, emphasizing best practices, quality, and standards
- Handle technical aspects of decommissioning/commissioning, whether it's furniture or IT equipment
- Manage external contractors during project delivery
- Ensure that working practices adhere to safety standards and company best practices
- Act as a liaison between clients, different departments, and the on-site team
- Perform regular removals activities as needed

**ABOUT YOU**
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Strong work ethic and the ability to motivate a team of varying sizes
- Removals experience is desired but not mandatory
- Proficiency in understanding project scopes, tracking progress, and identifying key milestones
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polite and friendly demeanour
- Methodical and careful approach to work
- A sense of responsibility and integrity when handling other people's property
- Strong team player who can also work independently
