We’re looking for **Contact Centre Pet Protection Experts** to join our team in York. This is more than a contact centre role—it’s a chance to make a real difference by reuniting missing pets with their families while supporting owners with the very best protection services.

**The Role**

As a Pet Protection Expert, you’ll be at the heart of our mission: helping pets get home safely. Through warm, supportive conversations, you’ll guide owners and professionals, upselling and retaining our membership services to ensure every pet has the highest level of protection.

**What you’ll do**:

- Deliver outstanding service, always reflecting our care for pets and their families.
- Spot opportunities to upgrade customers to premium protection and reunification plans.
- Share expert knowledge of our services to build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.

**You’ll bring**:

- Experience in customer service or sales (contact centre, retail, or hospitality welcome).
- A proactive approach to meeting targets and KPIs.
- Great communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- A passion for pets and helping people.
- The ability to commute to our York office.

**The Package**
- **Salary**: £25,500 basic, rising to £27,100 after probation. OTE over £33,000 + overtime.
- **Hours**: 37.5 per week, 5 days over 7, on a 4-week rotation (covering 8am-8pm).
- **Contract**: Permanent, full-time.
