Contact Centre Sales Advisor

Do you want to work for a unique organisation that really cares about its members and employees? My client, a long-established health and wellbeing organisation, is looking for Contact Centre Sales Advisors to help them provide first class service to theirmembers.
With an exceptional telephone manner and an enthusiastic, passionate attitude, you will be the first port of call for any members requiring information or assistance. No two days will be the same in this role as you will be dealing with members with a varietyof health issues.

- Salary of £25,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, variable shift patterns between 08:00 - 20:00

Your new role as a Contact Centre Claims Advisor
- Acting as the first point of contact with the Member Services department, providing excellent service and using your initiative and discretion while assisting members
- Identifying and recording important information during, sometimes difficult, calls
- Confidently leading callers through the company’s services and determining the best outcome for them
About you
- Self-motivated and resilient individual who can be empathetic at all times
- Excellent telephone manner and the ability to adapt to different situations
- Enthusiastic, passionate and positive
- Desire to help others and offer the best possible service at all times
Due to the nature of the role, previous experience within a call centre environment would prove advantageous, though it isn’t essential as full training will be provided.
You'll need to be available for the full six weeks of training for the position, as my client will be unable to hire anyone unable to make the commitment.
