Toyota Customer Consultant

**Your Role**

Due to our ever-increasing volume of business and customer demand, we are looking to recruit for the newly developed exciting role of Toyota Customer Consultant.

You must be customer centric, keen to learn and enthusiastic. We expect all members of our team to treat our customers as if they were guests in their own home, to create a personalised and memorable experience. You will be required to work as part of our team as well as under your own initiative and to be a valued and respected team member.

A fully funded manufacturer training program will form part of the training process during the first year alongside working closely with members of the sales and aftersales teams.

**Your day**
- Booking in service department customers
- Prospect and follow up courtesy phone calls
- Discussing potential car purchases with customers
- Carrying out demonstration test drive with customers
- Carrying out new and used car handovers with customers
- Photographing stock and assisting with used car advertising
- Showroom and forecourt housekeeping tasks

A full driving licence is essential for this role.

**Hours of work**
- Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 6.00pm with an hour for lunch
- Some weekend work with day off in the week
