**What we are looking for**

**What you’ll need to do**
- Issue customer statements and proactively chase debtors, escalating through the appropriate channels where necessary
- Updating account information and records of clients
- Carry out credit checks when onboarding new clients
- Negotiating payment plans and setting up terms and conditions
- To ensure invoicing requirements are adhered to
- Allocate receipts from the bank to invoices and raise any outstanding issues from payments including chasing clients for missing remittances
- Proactively improve processes and overall efficiency within the Finance Department
- Support Finance department with other processing requirements as required
