Teaching Personnel are hiring an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils displaying challenging behaviour in a large Cardiff secondary school. Based in the Trowbridge area, this school offers the opportunity to work in a diverse and rewardingenvironment with excellent facilities.

**Your Role**:
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will form positive relationships with students with behavioural difficulties. This will be within the mainstream school and by providing one-to-one support for particularly difficult students.
- This is a challenging and exciting role that is ideal for Teaching Assistants with previous experience supporting children with behavioural issues, whether this is personal or professional._

**Your School**:
You will be in a large and diverse secondary school in the Trowbridge area, with excellent transport links to the City Centre and the rest of Cardiff and The Vale. Working with pupils aged from 11 - 16, you will be providing support to all year groups withinthe mainstream school and in a separate Behaviour Base for pupils struggling to integrate into the main school.

**What You’ll Need**
:

- Enhanced **DBS check** and registration with **EWC**, full support will be providing in obtaining if you don’t already hold this
