Carpenter (Fire Doors)

Orbit Workforce Solutions Ltd is recruiting for two skilled Fire Door Carpenters to join a project in Cardiff. This role is ideal for experienced carpenters who specialise in fire door installation and have a strong understanding of current safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain fire doors in compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Conduct precise measurements, adjustments, and fittings to ensure proper installation.
• Ensure all work adheres to current fire safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Blue CSCS Card with NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery (mandatory).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience installing fire doors.
• Strong knowledge of current fire door regulations and safety standards.
• BM TRADA certification (preferred).
• Must have own tools and the ability to work independently.
