**Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Cardiff**

A fast-growing multi-disciplined firm is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Cardiff.

**The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role**

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist their Senior Quantity Surveyor on an array of projects within the Residential, Commercial and Office sectors, ranging in values from £500,000 to £44m.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will report to the Director of the Cardiff based-team and will be provided clear opportunities to progress within the company and will receive increasing responsibility on a variety of projects from inception to completionover time.

**The Assistant Quantity Surveyor**
- MSc or BSc in a RICS accredited field
- Hard working by nature
- Full valid UK driving license
- Desires of attaining MRICS preferrable
