**Reports to** **FIA Operational Support Manager**

**We are looking for **newly** qualified/part qualified accountants to join our team, to work closely with the Operational Support Team, gaining exposure to multiple clients in all jurisdictions (Guernsey, Jersey, Luxembourg, UK).**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Play a key role in the migration and reconciliation of data from one system to another as well as play an active part in maintaining the core system offering.
- Attend planning and set up meetings to gain an understanding of client requirements
- Review and update accounting entries prior to upload
- Mapping of General Ledgers and Transaction Types prior to upload
- Analyse historical accounting data and prepare calculation of investor allocation rules
- Prepare and reconcile transactional data imports based on outputs from current system
- Liaise with the Client Facing Team to discuss issues/questions that occur and plan a resolution
- Assist with reconciliation and testing of Static Data
- Reconciliation of Transactional Data
- Attend post migration meetings as well as contribute to the go live decision with the Project and Client Facing Team
- Have a vested interest in the success of the migrations and ensures that benefits are being realised as part of the project
- Work closely with the Operational Support Team and escalate any issues or concerns
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades, defects / changes and rollouts

**Skills, knowledge, expertise**:

- Accountant who is part/fully professionally qualified (ACCA or ACA)
- Good communicator - orally and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Able to follow procedures and document findings
- Travel may be required to other jurisdictions

You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients is at the heart of what we do.
